- Blend all popsicle ingredients in a Vita-Mix blender. You might have to do some serious tamping to get this to blend (we sure did) - but the consistency will be perfect for popsicles! Fill popsicle molds (this recipe filled 4 of our popsicle molds perfectly)
Chocolate Coating (after Popsicles are frozen)
- Chop up Sacred Chocolate bars and cacao butter very finely. Put into a double-boiler system over the stove (very low heat) and just let it melt down until all the chunks are gone.
- Take your popsicles out of the mold and set them onto parchment paper on a baking sheet. If you have a squeeze bottle, fill that up with the chocolate mixture and make some fun designs on your popsicle. If not, then just pour or drizzle the mixture over the popsicles (we covered ours entirely).
- Store in freezer. Enjoy!
