Baked Apples Ingredients

  • 2 medium apples
  • Cinnamon to sprinkle

Acai Chia Seed Jam Ingredients

  • 3 Sambazon Acai "The Original" Smoothie Packs
  • 6-8 medjool dates
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbs chia seeds
  • 2-3 tbs shredded coconut (optional)

Acai Superfood Quinoa Granola (Gluten Free) Ingredients

  • 1 cup GF rolled oats
  • 2/3 cup Sambazon Acai "The Original" juice
  • 1/3 cup almonds
  • 1/4 cup raw goji berries
  • 2 tbs raw coconut butter
  • 2 tbs raw quinoa
  • 1 tbs chia seeds
  • 1 tbs flax seeds
  • 1 tbs unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 tbs cacao nibs
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 medjool dates (optional) or any desired sweetener

Acai Superfood Quinoa Granola (Gluten Free) Ingredients

  • 1 cup GF rolled oats
  • 2/3 cup Sambazon Acai "The Original" juice
  • 1/3 cup almonds
  • 1/4 cup raw goji berries
  • 2 tbs raw coconut butter
  • 2 tbs raw quinoa
  • 1 tbs chia seeds
  • 1 tbs flax seeds
  • 1 tbs unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 tbs cacao nibs
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 medjool dates (optional) or any desired sweetener
     

Instructions

Baked Apples Instructions 

  • Preheat your oven to 400F. Slice your apples in half, and remove the core.
  • Place apples in an oven safe dish, cut side up, and sprinkle with cinnamon.
  • Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until desired softness is reached.

Acai Chia Seed Jam Instructions 

  1. Blend together all of your ingredients except for the chia seeds and coconut.
  2. Place into a large jar (or container) Throughly stir in your chia seeds and coconut, and allow it to sit and thicken for at least 2 hours, preferrably overnight for best results.

Acai Superfood Quinoa Granola (Gluten Free) Ingredients

  1. Preheat your oven to 350F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Stir together all of your ingredients except the acai, goji berries, coconut butter and medjool dates.
  3. Blend together the acai, coconut butter and optional medjool dates.
  4. Throughly stir all ingredients together, then spread out on the baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 24 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  6. Allow it to cool, then mix in goji berries.

Assembly: Place your apples on a plate, top with jam, granola and any other desired toppings.
