Berry Banana "Ice Cream" Bowl

Ingredients

Ice Cream:
  • 1 heaping cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 heaping cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 packet unsweetened acai puree
  • 2 semi-frozen bananas
  • 1/3 cup coconut water
Toppings:
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 1/4 cup dehydrated strawberries
  • 1 tbsp sprouted and dehydrated buckwheat
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon bee pollen
 

Ingredients

Ice Cream:
  • 1 heaping cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 heaping cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 packet unsweetened acai puree
  • 2 semi-frozen bananas
  • 1/3 cup coconut water
Toppings:
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 1/4 cup dehydrated strawberries
  • 1 tbsp sprouted and dehydrated buckwheat
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon bee pollen
 

Instructions

  1. Peel & chop the bananas into 1 inch chunks.  Place them in the freezer for 30 minutes.  Now is a good time to take out your acai smoothie packet and let it thaw.
  2. Take bananas out of freezer and blend them in a high speed blender with the blueberries, raspberries, coconut water, and acai puree until it reaches the consistentcy of frozen yougurt or ice cream.
  3. Transfer to serving bowl and sprinkle toppings on!
