Ingredients

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1.5 cups fresh strawberries
  • 1 packet unsweetened acai puree
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup fresh blackberries
  • 1.5 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
 

Ingredients

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1.5 cups fresh strawberries
  • 1 packet unsweetened acai puree
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup fresh blackberries
  • 1.5 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
 

Instructions

  1. Pre-soak chia seeds in almond milk (any nut milk or coconut water works well, too) for at least 1 couple hours in the fridge, although overnight is preferable.
  2. Mix 1 banana and 1 cup of fresh strawberries in a high speed blender. Pour into the bottom of large 1 litre glass jar or cup
  3. Cut up remaining strawberries and layer them on top.
  4. Take the chia "pudding" out of the fridge, stir it, and then pour it on top of the strawberries
  5. Now blend the blueberries, acai puree, and other banana, and pout that mixture on top of the chia pudding.
  6. Layer fresh blackberries on top!
