Whip up this tasty vegan bread for breakfast, brunch, a snack or dessert. It. Is. Amazing!

Ingredients

 
  1. 6 ounces Sambazon Blended Breakfast
  2. 1/3 cup softened coconut oil
  3. 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  4. 3/4 cup packed dark brown sugar
  5. 1/2 teaspoon salt
  6. 1 teaspoon baking powder
  7. 2 cups flour
Top with:
  1. 1 cup vegan chocolate chips
  2. 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Ingredients

 
  1. 6 ounces Sambazon Blended Breakfast
  2. 1/3 cup softened coconut oil
  3. 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  4. 3/4 cup packed dark brown sugar
  5. 1/2 teaspoon salt
  6. 1 teaspoon baking powder
  7. 2 cups flour
Top with:
  1. 1 cup vegan chocolate chips
  2. 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Lightly grease 9 x 9 inch pan with coconut oil or an oil spray
  3. Combine all ingredients except flour in a mixer or bowl
  4. Mix on medium or whisk until well combined
  5. Add flour and mix on low or whisk until incorporated
  6. Pour mixture into your greased pan
  7. top with chocolate chips and walnuts
  8. bake for 20-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean
Serve warm topped with vegan milk or ice cream or Serve at room temperature for breakfast, brunch or a yummy vegan snack!
