Coconut Cocadas and Açaí, what could be better?

Ingredients

Açaí Bowl:
  • 3 Sambazon Açaí Original Smoothie Packs
  • 1 organic banana
For Cocadas:
  • cooking spray (to prepare pan)
  • 1 can (14oz) condensed milk
  • 5 cups sweetened shredded coconut

Ingredients

Açaí Bowl:
  • 3 Sambazon Açaí Original Smoothie Packs
  • 1 organic banana
For Cocadas:
  • cooking spray (to prepare pan)
  • 1 can (14oz) condensed milk
  • 5 cups sweetened shredded coconut

Instructions

Cocadas:
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Spray an 8 by 8-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  3. In a medium bowl mix the coconut and condensed milk till combined
  4. Roll the mixture into mini balls, add each to the baking dish, and bake for 20-25 minutes, and let cool.
  5. Blend Sambazon Açaí Original Smoothie Packs with the banana till smooth and pour into a bowl.
  6. Add cooled coconut cocadas to the top, and dust with shredded coconut.
