Debbie Adler, of Sweet Debbie's Organic Cupcakes, created this vegan, gluten-free recipe to satisfy your chocolate cravings with a superfood twist!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cup all-purpose, gluten-free flour
  • 1/2 cup cacao powder
  • 2 teaspoons Sambazon acai berry powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder,
  • 1/4 teaspoon guar gum
  • 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil
  • 1/3 cup coconut nectar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract,
  • 3/8 teaspoon stevia powder
  • 1/2 cup water

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cup all-purpose, gluten-free flour
  • 1/2 cup cacao powder

  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325
  2. Add all ingredients to a bowl and stir well to combine
  3. Pour into an 8' x 8' parchment paper lined pan
  4. Smooth mixture into an even layer using a spoon
  5. Bake 9-10 minutes to keep them fudgey
  6. When they are done they should sink in a little in the middle
  7. Cut into squares and enjoy!
