Ingredients

  • 2 Sambazon Original Packs
  • ½ Banana, frozen
  • ½ fresh Mango, sliced without skin
  • ½ Golden Beet, chopped
  • Handful Kale
  • ½ c Coconut Water
Toppings
  • Chopped candied ginger
  • Granola
  • Thin slices cooked golden beet
  • Bee pollen
  • Honey (optional)

  • ½ Banana, frozen
  • ½ fresh Mango, sliced without skin
  • ½ Golden Beet, chopped
  • Handful Kale
  • ½ c Coconut Water

  • Granola
  • Thin slices cooked golden beet
  • Bee pollen
  • Honey (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine Sambazon, banana, mango, beet, and coconut water.  Blend like whoa until combined, but be cautious: you may need to stir things up a little if they get caught.
  2. Add kale, ginger and maybe more liquid depending on how thick you like your bowl.
  3. Pour into a pot/bowl fit for gold, top with crunchy granola bits, ginger, beet, and bee pollen if you’re feeling fancy. Honey can be included, too. Actually, honey should be included.
