Ingredients

  • ½ c Almonds
  • ½ c Walnuts or Brazil Nuts
  • 1 ½ c Dates, pitted
  • ¼ c Raw Cacao Powder (plus more for coating bites)
  • 2-3 tsp Ground Coffee
  • 1 ½ tsp Vanilla Extract
  • ½ tsp Peppermint Extract
  • ¼ c Cacao Nibs (or chocolate chips)
  • ¼ c Sambazon Chocolate Protein Smoothie
  • ½ + c Gluten Free Oats

Ingredients

  • ½ c Almonds
  • ½ c Walnuts or Brazil Nuts
  • 1 ½ c Dates, pitted

  • 2-3 tsp Ground Coffee
  • 1 ½ tsp Vanilla Extract

  • ½ + c Gluten Free Oats

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, process nuts and dates until broken down into small pieces and partially combined.
  2. Add Sambazon and all other ingredients, processing until mixed.  Add more oats as needed to soak up liquid.
  3. Turn out mixture into a bowl and allow to chill for about an hour.
  4. Use a small spoon and roll tablespoon size chunks into balls.  Coat with cacao powder.
  5. Store in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer.
