Peanut butter smoothie topped with peanut butter crunch balls..whats your excuse. Healthy and delicious, this smoothie packs a protein punch.

Ingredients

For Smoothie:
  • 1 Sambazon Original Acai Smoothie
  • 1 large frozen banana
  • 1 tbsp chia seed
  • 1 heaping tbsp peanut butter or any other nut butter
  • 1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 3 Ice cubes
  • 1 tbsp agave
PB Crunch Balls (yields 20 mini bites):
  • 1 c rolled oats ground into flour
  • 1/4 tsp fine grain sea salt
  • 3 tbsp natural peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp almond milk
  • 1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1/4 c rice crisp cereal

For Smoothie:
  • 1 Sambazon Original Acai Smoothie

  • 1 tbsp chia seed
  • 1 heaping tbsp peanut butter or any other nut butter
  • 1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 3 Ice cubes
  • 1 tbsp agave
PB Crunch Balls (yields 20 mini bites):
  • 1 c rolled oats ground into flour
  • 1/4 tsp fine grain sea salt
  • 3 tbsp natural peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp almond milk
  • 1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1/4 c rice crisp cereal

Instructions

For PB Crunch Balls:
  1. In a food processor, pulse all ingredients (except for the rice cereal) together. If things are dry add a little more liquid. Stir in cereal and form into balls.
  2. Store, covered, in the freezer.
For Smoothie:
  1. Add all ingredents to a blender..and well..blend until smooth.
  2. Top with PB Crunch Balls and enjoy.
