Because sometimes your mocha should be minty and frozen.

Ingredients

Makes 8 Popsicles

  • 2 c extra strong coffee
  • 2/3 c Sambazon Chocolate Protein Smoothie or Vanilla Protein Smoothie
  • 1 ½ tbsp Cacao Powder
  • Dash Peppermint Extract

  • 2 c extra strong coffee
  • 2/3 c Sambazon Chocolate Protein Smoothie or Vanilla Protein Smoothie
  • 1 ½ tbsp Cacao Powder
  • Dash Peppermint Extract

Instructions

  1. In a blender, mix the coffee, Sambazon, cacao and peppermint.  Taste and adjust the sweetness as desired (adding more Sambazon if you’d like it sweeter).
  2. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze until solid, about 8 hours.
