Blend all ingredients, minus the coconut water together until the baby spinach is completely blended to micro fine pieces. Add a splash of Coconut water then blend to preferred thick or loose consistency. Once consistency is obtained, drizzle honey for added sweetness as an option. Blend one last time.
Prep a bowl with a thin layer of coconut flakes & hemp granola on the bottom. Pour Acai blend into bowl. Add banana slices first on top. Then add hemp granola, chia seeds, hemp seeds, coconut flakes & almond slices.
