An amazingly filling and healthy way to get tons of protein, antioxidants and a serving of fruit!

Ingredients

Serves 2
  • 4 tsp Chia Seeds
  • ½ c your favorite Sambazon juice or smoothie
  • 1-2 cup(s) of your favorite Seasonal Fruit
  • ¼ c Plain Non-Dairy Yogurt

  • 4 tsp Chia Seeds
  • ½ c your favorite Sambazon juice or smoothie
  • 1-2 cup(s) of your favorite Seasonal Fruit
  • ¼ c Plain Non-Dairy Yogurt

Instructions

  1. Mix the chia seeds and Sambazon in a bowl.  Let sit in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or until the chia seeds have absorbed all the juice (we like to do ours the night before).
  2. Chop your fruit.
  3. Divide the chia mix between two bowls, add the fruit, and top each with half the yogurt.  Serve up!
