So easy you can make it in you sleep...well almost. Decadent but totally healthy overnight oats

Ingredients

  • 1 c peaches
  • 1 c Sambazon Protein Acai + Vanilla Smoothie
  • 3 tbsp rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seed
  • 1 tbsp cashews or other nuts
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Ingredients

  • 1 c peaches
  • 1 c Sambazon Protein Acai + Vanilla Smoothie
  • 3 tbsp rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seed
  • 1 tbsp cashews or other nuts
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Instructions

Note: Make at least 4  hours , or the night before you plan to eat
  1. Combine all ingredients in a glass jar and give a quick shake. Place in the fridge overnight.
  2. In the morning, scoop it all into a blender and process until smooth.
  3. Pour into a bowl and top with cashews and berries.
