Packed full of healthy grains, oils, and spices, this smoothie is delicious and heart healthy.

Ingredients

  • 1 c Sambazon Vanilla Smoothie Bottle
  • 1 small frozen banana
  • 1/3 c cooked quinoa or buckwheat
  • 1 tsp hemp seed
  • 1 tsp flax oil
  • 3/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • a pinch of allspice
Toppings: chopped walnuts and cinnamon

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. After choosing which grain to use, add all ingredients to a blender and blend from here to Bombay...or until it is smooth.
