A spoonable, superfood twist on a classic favorite: the PB&J. Made with almond butter, acai and strawberries, you get all the loving flavor of a PB&J without the bread, added sugar and extra fats and instead, with antioxidants and protein. Perfect for breakfast or after a hard core workout!! PB&J's are officially a superfood meal!

Ingredients

For the bowl:
  • 1 of Sambazon's Immunity Smoothie Packs
  • 1/2 cup of strawberries, frozen
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 1/2 cup fresh hemp mylk (any milk alternative would work) plus more as needed depending on desired consistency
  • 1 heaping Tbsp of almond butter
  Toppings:
  • banana slices
  • unsweetened shredded coconut
  • almonds (preferably raw and sprouted), chopped
  • raw cacao nibs
  • raw honey

Instructions

  1. In a high-speed blender add banana, acai pack, strawberries, almond butter, coconut water and hemp milk. Blend on high til well blended creamy and smooth.
  2. Pour into a bowl.
  3. Top with banana slices, shredded coconut, chopped almonds, cacao nibs, and a drizzle of honey to sweeten if you prefer.
  4. Enjoy with a spoon or sip through a glass straw for fun!!
