Chocolate Green Acai Bowl
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 leaf kale
  • 1 Tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 Sambazon The Original Smoothie Packs
  • 2-4 oz organic nut or soy milk
Top with
  • Pretzel granola (recipe below)
  • Sliced banana
  • Vegan chocolate chips
  • Coconut shavings
  • Peanut butter
  • Honey drizzle
Sweet and Salty Pretzel Granola*
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup coconut nectar (or agave)
  • 2 cups organic oats*
  • 2 cups pretzels, lightly smashed
  • 1/2 cup peanuts, lightly smashed
  • 1/2 teaspoon pink Himalayan sea salt
* Gluten-free if you use gluten-free oats!

Sweet and Salty Pretzel Granola*
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup coconut nectar (or agave)

Instructions

For Chocolate Green Acai Bowl
  1. Add ingredients to Vitamix or other blender in order listed with banana first.
  2. Blend until smooth, pausing to stir ingredients toward blades as needed.
  3. Pour into your favorite bowl and top with salty sweet toppings galore.
For Sweet and Salty Pretzel Granola
  1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees
  2. Combine coconut nectar and melty coconut oil
  3. Stir in remaining ingredients to coconut mixture, except salt
  4. Spread mixture on parchment paper lined cookie sheet then dust with pink Himalayan sea salt
  5. Bake in oven for 45 minutes - 1 hour stirring every 10 minutes until flavor is roasty and golden
  6. Let cool and store in airtight container
