Ingredients

  • ½ c Coconut Water
  • 1 tsp Tamarind Paste (dissolved in a very small amount of water)
  • ¾” Ginger Root, chopped
  • 1 c Frozen Pineapple
  • ¾ Frozen Banana
  • 2 Sambazon Original Smoothie Packs
  • 1 Tbsp Hemp Seeds
  • Granola to garnish

  • 1 c Frozen Pineapple
  • ¾ Frozen Banana

  • 1 Tbsp Hemp Seeds

Instructions

Note: Creating the perfect bowl is all about texture and order. Follow these steps to get our favorite blend, or play around to find out what you dig.

 

  1. In your Vitamix, add the coconut water, dissolved tamarind paste, ginger root and hemp seeds.  Begin to blend.  Make sure your smoothie packs are out of the freezer, but don’t open yet.
  2. Add the frozen pineapple and banana.  Slowly start to blend, increasing the speed as necessary.  You want it to be quite thick, but smooth.
  3. Add the frozen smoothie packs.  Cut the top and break the bars into your blender.  Start on low again, slowly increasing the speed until things incorporate.  You may have to take a spoon to pop any air bubbles forming at the bottom.  It should be thick.
  4. Pour the mix into a fine looking bowl, top with granola, hemp seeds, and a few slices of pineapple to garnish.
