This recipe is inspired by the awesome açaí bowls that I had while attending Wanderlust Yoga and Music Festival in Austin, Texas. You can read more on my blog: www.foodieyogagirl.com.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen banana slices
  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 package açaí puree
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • Granola
  • Fresh raspberries
  • Raw almonds, chopped
  • Agave syrup or raw honey

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen banana slices
  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 package açaí puree
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • Granola
  • Fresh raspberries
  • Raw almonds, chopped
  • Agave syrup or raw honey

Instructions

  1. Place banana, frozen raspberries, açaí, avocado, almond milk and vanilla in a high powered blender.
  2. Blend until smooth. You may need to stop the blender and push the ingredients down toward the blade to make sure everything is combined.
  3. Spoon puree into a bowl and top with fresh raspberries, granola, chopped almonds and agave or honey, to taste.
