Acai Bowl Essentials

An açaí bowl is a like a thick-blended smoothie of frozen açaí berries that is poured into a bowl and topped with all sorts of fresh fruit and crunchy granola then eaten with a spoon. We like how you can make any kind of bowl to fit your health needs including high protein, detox, and high fiber. Or, you can make some more simple bowls that are made up of just your favorite fruits.
