Berry Good Rewards is our new and improved rewards program; it's our way of showing appreciation to our loyal SAMBAZON customers. As a member, you'll earn points for every dollar you spend at our SAMBAZON Açaí Bowls Shop in Cardiff, and on SAMBAZON products purchased from your local grocery store or via Instacart. Points can be redeemed for dollar-off rewards on future purchases and at SAMBAZON Açaí Bowls Shop in Cardiff, as well as other fun swag.

In addition to shopping, you can also earn extra points for completing actions like subscribing to SAMBAZON emails, sharing your birthday, and more. The rewards program features three tiers—Macaw, Sloth, and Jaguar—and as you advance to higher tiers, you'll unlock access to even more benefits.

Log in here to your SAMBAZON.com account and select the rewards dashboard tab. You will see your name, reward tier, point balance, and reward available, along with all other information associated with your rewards account.

The Berry Good Rewards tiers are Macaw, Sloth, and Jaguar. These tiers are based on the dollar amount you have spent in the last 365 days. To achieve Macaw Tier, you need to spend $0-$125, Sloth Tier is $126-$300, and to reach Jaguar Tier, you must spend $300 or more. As you advance to higher tiers, you'll unlock access to even more benefits.

For every $1 you spend at a grocery store or at SAMBAZON Açaí Bowls in Cardiff, you'll earn 2 points. Make sure you are signed into your account when you make a purchase online. Points will be added to your rewards dashboard automatically within 24 hours of your purchase.

Yes! You can earn Berry Good points when you buy SAMBAZON products at your local grocery store. Just make sure to save your receipt or online order confirmation. To get your points, visit your rewards dashboard in your SAMBAZON.com account. Select the 'Receipt Upload' tab and upload a clear scanned image or photo of your receipt, or your online order confirmation, to earn points. Make sure the image clearly shows the store name, date of purchase, receipt or order number, the SAMBAZON items purchased, and what their purchase price was to be eligible. Please allow 3-5 business days for your receipt to process. Once your receipt or order confirmation is approved, newly earned points will be reflected in your SAMBAZON.com rewards dashboard.

Please note: Only one receipt may be uploaded and submitted at a time. If multiple receipts are uploaded, you will only earn rewards points on the first receipt. The receipt number on your submission must match the receipt number on the uploaded receipt to earn rewards points. Do not upload receipts for purchases made on SAMBAZON.com. Rewards points for these purchases will be automatically applied to your rewards account. If you do not see your rewards points reflected on your account for these purchases, please fill out a form here and we can help.

After you complete an action or purchase, please allow up to 24 hours for it to reflect in your dashboard.

The store associate will share your available dollar-off reward and you can redeem it or save it for later.

Points can only be redeemed for dollar-off rewards in the amounts of $5 (100 points), $10 (200 points), $15 (300 points), or $20 (400 points). Your dollar-off reward will be applied before discounts, tax, and shipping.

The most points you can redeem on a single purchase is 400 points, or $20 off.

You can also redeem for swag items, donation, contest based rewards and entries to giveaways based on your tier. Visit our Redeem Page and view the charts on your tier level for more information.

Points will expire based on a rolling 180-day basis. If you do not use your points within 180 days of earning them, you will lose them.

Tier status is based on your spend within the last 365 days. You will have 365 days from the date you join a tier to reach the next one. The tier you are in after 365 days will be the tier you are in for the next 365 days. To remain in that tier, you must requalify by spending the dollar amount threshold for that tier, or you will move down tiers.

If you decide to return an item from your purchase, the points you earned from that item will be deducted from your point balance. Visit the 'Activity' tab in your rewards dashboard to see all of your points activity.

If you signed up for Berry Good Rewards on SAMBAZON.com, you can access your rewards account in a SAMBAZON Açaí Bowls Shop in Cardiff by providing the store associate with the email address or phone number associated with your SAMBAZON.com rewards account.

Yes, your previous points from your SAMBAZON Açaí Bowls Shop Rewards Account should have transferred to our new Berry Good Rewards program. You can register here to log in to your account and see your previous points, just make sure to use the same email or phone number associated with your old account.

If you do not see your previous points from the Toast Rewards reflected on your account, please fill out a form here and we will assist in resolving this issue.

1. Visit the Receipt Upload Page within the Loyalty Dashboard. Tap the Upload Receipt button, then choose to either take a picture of your receipt with your phone's camera or select an existing photo of a receipt from your photo gallery. If you are on a computer, you will need to scan or upload your receipt image(s) to your computer.
2. Once your first image is uploaded, tap the "Add another Image" button to upload more images of your receipt (if necessary). Repeat the same process for up to 5 total images.
3. Tap the "Submit Receipt" Button. You've completed your submission!
4. Check your email. You should receive an email within 72 hours letting you know whether your submission has been verified and your SAMBAZON reward points have been awarded.
5. Make sure you hold on to your receipt until your submission has been verified just in case there is a problem.
TIP: For online purchases, take a screenshot on your phone of your purchase confirmation page, confirmation email, or your "Orders" page in your online account with that retailer. Be sure that your screenshot(s) includes the required information (see Guidelines above). You can then upload and submit your receipt following the steps above.

Yes, the purchase on the receipt must have occurred in the previous 30 days.

1. Visit your loyalty dashboard and redeem 25 points for $1 off a SAMBAZON product, 50 points for $2 off a SAMBAZON product, and 250 points for (1) Free SAMBSAZON Product.  
2. Once redeemed, a pop-up will provide you with your individual link. 
3. Click that link, input your email, click the required checkboxes, and click “Send Me The Offer!” 
4. You will receive the offer to your email, and click the “CLICK HERE TO REDEEM” button, and then select the retailer you’re planning on shopping at.  
5. You can then add the mobile offer to your digital wallet. 
6. Then, scan that voucher when you are checking out in person at one of our approved retailers, and enjoy the Delicious Powers of Açaí! 

The Offer is available to use at Walmart, walmart.com, Giant Eagle, Kroger, Ralphs, Frys, King Soopers, Fred Meyer, Dillons, Smiths, QFC, Hannaford, Giant Food, Giant Company, Martins & Stop & Shop. We are working on expanding this list of retailers and will have updates soon on other retailers offering the ability to redeem these vouchers in person.Discounts are available for in-store purchases only.

At the moment, Berry Good Reward members can only redeem once for the mobile offers we have on the website. We are working on improving the program and hope to have the ability to allow once per month redemptions of the mobile offers. We’ll plan to update our loyalty members when we move forward on this capability in the program.
